Six ads a week, no two alike
Christmas trees sell in a few short weeks. The ads need to be fresh every week, or the creative burns out before the season is over.
01 · Brief
The problem
ArtiTree sells artificial Christmas trees and needed a steady stream of new Meta ads all season: 20 seconds, vertical, clear with the sound off, and built around that week's offer.
02 · Approach
How I tackled it
I work in weekly batches of six videos that share nothing: no common opening, no recycled middle. Each ad gets its own hook tied to the calendar (first Advent, last delivery week) and its own proof. UGC versions cut from real creator clips alternate with premium versions built from product films and AI scenes.
03 · Execution
What actually happened
- Hook in the first second, tied to the calendar: a question, a problem or a deadline
- Proof on screen, cut on the exact word in the voiceover
- Word-by-word captions for sound-off viewing
- Weekly offer badge that pops in, backed by sound hits
- Real clips and AI scenes built from the product photos, tied together by warm golden light
- Voiceover and music with ElevenLabs, edit and project setup in DaVinci Resolve
04 · Why it matters
The takeaway
Performance creative runs on fresh supply. A fixed workflow with clear rules for hook, proof and offer keeps volume from turning into filler: six real test variants every week.
