This website is a private job-application and work portfolio. It exists to present my own professional work and not to sell goods or services. There is therefore no VAT identification number.

Principle

This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party advertising or tracking services. No profiling takes place and no data is passed on for advertising purposes. Nothing is stored in your browser, with one exception: anyone who switches off the measurement (see below) receives a single technical flag in local storage so that the objection is preserved.

Hosting and server log files

The website is operated with a hosting provider in Germany: ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider; the servers are located in Germany. When a page is requested, the server processes technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, file requested, browser type, referrer). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR · legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation. These logs are deleted automatically by the host after a short period.

Self-hosted analytics

To understand how the portfolio is used, a self-operated measurement runs without cookies and without third-party services. The data is stored exclusively on this website's own server. The following is recorded:

• Page view with date and time
• Identifier of the link used (parameters fuer und r, siehe unten)
• sections of the page viewed, videos opened and how long they were watched
• clicks on email, phone and WhatsApp links
• time on page and scroll depth
• device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language, time zone
• country (where provided by the host) and the IP address truncated by its last octet

The IP address is truncated before storage (e.g. 203.0.113.0) and can no longer be attributed to a person afterwards. No identifier is stored in the browser; the internal session identifier exists only for the duration of a single page view. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR · legitimate interest in evaluating the use of my own application portfolio. The data is deleted after 12 months at the latest.

Personalised application links

Links used in applications carry a parameter (e.g. ?fuer=xxxx&r=name). This makes it possible to see which application a visit came from. Where a recipient code is used, the visit can be attributed to that contact person. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR · legitimate interest in tracking my own applications. On request the attribution is deleted immediately; a message to the email address above is sufficient.

Videos (YouTube)

The project videos are hosted on YouTube and embedded in extended privacy mode via youtube-nocookie.com . Preview images on the home page are loaded directly from this server, so a connection to YouTube is only established once a video is deliberately opened. From that point Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) processes data such as IP address and device information; transfer to the USA is possible. The legal basis for playback is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or the consent given by opening the video (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Information from Google: policies.google.com/privacy

Fonts

The fonts are loaded via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). In doing so your IP address is transmitted to Google; transfer to the USA is possible. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR · consistent presentation of the website.

Getting in touch

If you make contact by email, phone or WhatsApp, the details you provide are processed in order to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and deleted once it is concluded, unless retention obligations apply. The WhatsApp button merely opens a link to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited); no connection is made until it is clicked.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). A message to tailliezherve@gmail.com is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

Objecting to the measurement

The measurement can be switched off permanently by loading this page once with the suffix ?notrack=1 added (e.g. hervetailliez.de/?notrack=1). The objection then applies to this browser until it is lifted with ?track=1 . A script blocker in the browser has the same effect. Alternatively a short email is enough, the visit will then be removed from the reports.
